19 weeks ultrasound

Looks like the majority guessed correctly-we are having a girl!!!  She was a little shy during the ultrasound and wouldn't give us a good face picture.  She was curled up in a little ball upside down when we first started, but eventually she woke up and we saw her stretch and even yawn once.  Here are all the pictures from today:

Happy 4th of July!

They had a fireworks show on the strip on the 3rd, so Jennifer and I went to go see it and also looked at the conservatory display in the Bellagio.

Big News

So, in case you haven't already heard, I am pregnant!  We got an ultrasound at the 12 week screening appointment last week.  Here are the pictures we got:

5th Anniversary

For our anniversary we went to the Top of the World Restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere.  The dining room rotates so you get 360 degree views of Las Vegas.  We also saw a couple of people bungee jump past the windows.  After we ate, we went up to the observation deck and took some pictures.

Arizona trip

We went to Arizona for Maddox's baby blessing.  We drove-our first road trip in the Highlander.  The drive was prettier in a lot of places than I thought it would be-a lot of saguaro cacti.  There was an accident that happened along the way about 10 cars ahead of us that stopped traffic for a while.  I'm not sure exactly what happened, but there was an injured man basically lying in the middle of the highway-people brought blankets and things while emergency vehicles were on their way.
On Sunday we had the baby blessing and then went to Kristen's parents' house for some delicious food.  I didn't take any pictures that day, so I stole a couple that Brad took of all of us after church.

We also went to a delicious Mexican restaurant with Kristen's family and on a different day took an outing to the Mystery Castle, which was interesting and had an odd story behind it.  Warning:  I took a lot of pictures!

Brad, Laura and Mason came back with us to Las Vegas for a few days before they went back to Utah.  We went to the strip, had a bbq, and went to Sunset park.
